1. Introduction Welcome to BlueRain! These terms and conditions govern your use of our wholesale ecommerce platform and any services offered therein. By accessing or using BlueRain, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. 2. Account Registration In order to access certain features of BlueRain, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Use of BlueRain You agree to use BlueRain for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You may not use BlueRain in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform or interfere with any other party’s use of BlueRain. 4. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on BlueRain are the property of BlueRain or its licensors. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the intellectual property found on BlueRain without the prior written consent of BlueRain. 5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall BlueRain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use BlueRain, even if BlueRain has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueRain, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these terms or your use of BlueRain. 7. Changes to Terms BlueRain reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use BlueRain after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. 8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 9. Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.
Refund Policy
The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective. If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made. You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days.
